The Role

Overview

Assist with accounting processes and financial reporting for a waste tech company.

Tasks

-Manage accruals, prepayments, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting. -Approve bank payments and freelancers’ invoices, and accurately report taxable benefits to HMRC, including P11Ds and PSA. -Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, budgets, and forecasts in collaboration with project and cost center managers. -Maintain and update master data in SAP B1 and Tagetik, ensuring proper financial reconciliation, including balance sheet, intercompany, and timesheet management.

What You Bring

-Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams. -Either part-qualified or qualified by experience -Strong attention to detail with the ability to work to deadlines. -Proficiency in SAP B1 or similar financial systems is a plus. -Previous experience in a similar financial/accounting role.
