-Strong computer aptitude is desired. -Excellent presentation, written and verbal skills, and organizational skills. -Ability to work well in a professional office setting as well as visiting contractors on jobsites. -Proven ability to sell at the executive level, build a sales organization, and manage to a budget. -Successfully passing a background check, drug screen and motor vehicle records check is required. -Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. -Demonstrated influencing and selling skills. -Knowledge of commercial roofing systems is a plus. -Strong follow up and relationship building ability. -Valid driver's license and good driving record necessary. -Must be able to climb ladders to access roofs. -Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
