Tasks

Collaborate with IT and Data teams to align reporting models with QIC’s data architecture. Oversee design, development, and implementation of BI solutions in Power BI. Chair the Power BI Centre of Excellence, setting standards for report design and governance. Drive adoption of modern visualisation and self-service reporting capabilities. What You Bring

Familiarity with Salesforce, Anaplan, SharePoint Online, and/or Python. Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and modern data architectures (Microsoft Azure highly regarded). Experience chairing communities of practice or centres of excellence within analytics domains. Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and ETL principles. Extensive experience in data visualisation, reporting, and analytics, including modern BI toolsets. Proven experience managing hybrid delivery teams and establishing governance frameworks for BI platforms. Tertiary qualification in information systems, data management, business, commerce, finance, real estate, or related discipline (or equivalent experience). Deep hands-on expertise in Power BI enterprise deployment, governance, and data modelling. Experience in commercial real estate, investment management, or other complex asset-based industries. Excellent conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills. -Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and modern data architectures (Microsoft Azure highly regarded). -Proven experience managing hybrid delivery teams and establishing governance frameworks for BI platforms. -Experience chairing communities of practice or centres of excellence within analytics domains. -Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and ETL principles. -Deep hands-on expertise in Power BI enterprise deployment, governance, and data modelling. -Familiarity with Salesforce, Anaplan, SharePoint Online, and/or Python. -Ability to swap public holidays for those of personal, cultural or religious significance -Tertiary qualification in information systems, data management, business, commerce, finance, real estate, or related discipline (or equivalent experience). -Excellent conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills. -Extensive experience in data visualisation, reporting, and analytics, including modern BI toolsets. -Experience in commercial real estate, investment management, or other complex asset-based industries.
