Provide admin support to group, teams, and senior coordinator handling travel, events, and docs

Tasks

-Assist with the coordination of travel, events, meetings, and workshops. -Aid in client relationship management and project close-outs. -Manage various team-related tasks, including document preparation, catering bookings, and timesheet support. -Provide administrative support to the Group and Teams, ensuring smooth operations -Support the preparation and formatting of project documents in line with company standards.

What You Bring

-Experience in administrative roles, ideally within a consulting, engineering, or built environment business. -Excellent communication skills with a customer and solution-focused mindset. -Strong understanding of organizational processes, guidelines, best practices, and foundational awareness of health and safety best practice. -Ability to use Arup systems and a willingness to train others in them.
