Strengthen repeat business through exceptional service and delivery. Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior and intermediate staff. Mentor and empower the next generation of architects, ensuring knowledge, standards, and values are carried forward. Shape both projects and practice, balancing design leadership with business development. Lead proposals, presentations, and client negotiations. Ensure compliance with the Alberta Building Code and municipal planning requirements. Provide senior-level guidance in design, project execution, and studio operations. Oversee all phases of residential development projects, from schematic design through approvals and construction. Represent the studio in the marketplace, enhancing visibility and reputation.
