Lead Maintenance Technician

Overview

Lead maintenance tech supervises team, handles repairs & emergencies for 464-unit community

-May be required to operate a golf cart on the property. -Travel may be required to assist other properties as needed, or to attend training classes.

What You Bring

-Must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions. -Must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry weights up to 50 pounds. -Prior experience managing a team is strongly preferred. -All maintenance employees are required to have their own hand tools to carry out job functions - other power tools will be provided. -Previous experience in general maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and painting. -Must be able to work nights, weekend, and holiday shifts as part of the on-call responsibility. -Must be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time and climb, bend, and squat. -Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and vendors.
