Tasks

-Lead and deliver high-quality design work for NSW and interstate distribution projects -Provide technical expertise, guidance and mentoring to engineers and designers -Build the presence of Egis/Peracon in NSW and contribute to growing the local team -Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project outcomes are achieved -Engage with clients to identify and develop new business opportunities -Scope projects, prepare fee proposals and manage delivery to scope, budget and programme

What You Bring

-CPEng and NER registration (or ability to attain) -6+ years’ industry experience, ideally in electricity distribution design -A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally -Ability to attain RPEV and/or RPEQ -Demonstrated experience in overhead and underground distribution system design -A four-year Electrical Engineering degree (or equivalent) -Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience preparing and presenting fee proposals
