Tasks

-Acting as the primary point of contact for administrative queries from the project teams and Regional Leadership Team -Maintaining framework data, including mailing lists, org charts and contact databases -Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal and client use. -Supporting marketing efforts by collating data, preparing materials, and coordinating with the communications team. -Events and meetings administration: taking lead role in assisting with regional events, presentations and sending out communications, arranging and attending events as required -Take all reasonable steps to ensure appropriate confidentiality -Managing ad hoc tasks and administrative projects -Ensure your own continuous professional development by participating in external networking/conferences/associations/groups relevant to the role -Working with Wellbeing and Social Team to help promote joint initiatives and fundraising events -Maintaining SharePoint regional intranet site and an organised filing system for framework documentation ensuring compliance with BMS and document management systems
