Tasks

The Recruiter will play a key role in growing Mission Restoration’s sales team by identifying, interviewing, and hiring top roofing and restoration sales representatives. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and outreach to scheduling orientation for new hires, ensuring each candidate has a seamless experience. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for people, and an eye for talent. -Schedule and facilitate onboarding and orientation in coordination with Sales -Source, attract, and recruit roofing and restoration sales representatives -Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring activity -Collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams to understand hiring needs and targets -Maintain organized and up-to-date candidate records in our CRM -Coordinate new hire paperwork -Conduct phone screens, interviews, and follow-up communications with candidates

What You Bring

-Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or sales (construction, roofing, or solar preferred) -Highly organized with attention to detail -Comfortable using CRM and digital communication platforms (LinkedIn, Teams, etc.) -Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Ability to multitask and manage multiple candidates and roles simultaneously -Positive attitude and strong sense of professionalism
