Support the Project Manager in client and stakeholder meetings.
Liaise with local authorities, landowners, and community representatives as needed.
Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
Coordinate inspections and testing with QA/QC teams.
Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
Conduct daily site briefings and toolbox talks.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to the Project Manager.
Enforce HSE policies and procedures on-site.

An engineer with a VI level degree / bachelor’s degree (180 ECTS credits) with a minimum of 8 (eight) years of work experience and a passed professional exam.
Familiarity with local permitting and environmental regulations.
Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
Experience with general construction works, wind turbine installation and commissioning.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in English;
Strong knowledge of construction methods, HSE regulations, and project management tools.
