  • Participate in Windchill upgrade and migration projects, ensuring robust test coverage and minimal business disruption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across continents.
  • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.

  • Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
  • Certifications in ISTQB, PTC Windchill, or relevant automation tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise DevOps practices.
  • Experience working in a global engineering environment with distributed teams.
  • Exposure to SAFe Agile practices and tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • 12+ years of experience in QA and test automation, with at least 5 years focused on Windchill PLM.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
