Overview

Paint and drywall repair/installation for public areas on third shift.

Tasks

-Complete incremental repairs to drywall and other interior surfaces. Follow prescribed directions for scheduling work locations. -Operation of forklift machinery. -Adhere to all safety policies and procedures without exception. -Coordinate and prioritize workload with your supervisor. -Maintain work complete and service records for all areas. -Follow project plans for prep work, repair, material and color selections.

What You Bring

-Steel-toed shoes must be worn on duty. -Must successfully pass a physical agility test. -High school diploma or GED preferred. -Must be able to read and write English proficiently. -Must be a team player and demonstrate strong organizational skills. -Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers, tenants, contractors, and AATC Staff. -Minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial interior construction or remodeling environment. -Must successfully pass a background check for insurance and security processes. -Must have a valid GA driver’s license and driving record void of recent major moving violations. -Experience with industry standards and best practices and techniques. -Experience with safe utilization of ladders, lifts, scaffolding and other material handling equipment. -Ability to lift to 75 pounds and handle a variety of tools, equipment, and supplies.
