Tasks

As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full project life cycle from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring quality, safety, cost and programme objectives are achieved. -Ensure the principle contractors around quality and sustainability standards are upheld throughout. -Coordinate project teams including design, commercial and site management. -Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders. -Drive programme performance, budget control, and subcontractor management -Oversee all site operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, health & safety and client requirements. -Lead and manage the delivery of a major £50million healthcare project in London
