Tasks

-Prepares activities reports for management use. -Formulates procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records. -Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures such as bookkeeping, preparation and checking of payrolls, personnel, information management, filing systems, requisition of supplies, and other clerical services. -Contacts, selects and negotiates with vendors. -Establishes uniform correspondence procedures and style practices. -Assists managers in setting short and long term goals for department and staff. Recognizes variances to goals, recommends corrective actions as necessary. -Researches and develops resources that create timely and efficient workflow. -Reviews clerical and personnel records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness. -Assists managers in obtaining client satisfaction.

What You Bring

-Maximizes office productivity through proficient use of appropriate office equipment, hardware and software applications. -Experience: At least 10 years in construction office management or technical construction related tasks. -Education: Two-year associate degree in business, management, or a related area. Additional certifications in office management or administration are a plus.
