Tasks

-Liaise with auditors, vendors, and financial institutions. -Supervise and guide junior accounting staff to ensure efficiency and accuracy. -Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations. -Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly/annual closing. -Manage and review financial transactions, invoices, bills, and payments for accuracy and compliance. -Monitor budgets, expenses, and cash flow; provide insights for financial planning and decision-making. -Ensure timely filing and compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. -Implement and streamline accounting processes, systems, and controls. -Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies aligned with business goals.

What You Bring

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to lead and oversee our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and managerial skills, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and effective management of the accounts team. -High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines. -Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance. -4–6 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar managerial role. -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field (B.Com / M.Com / MBA / CA Inter). -Completed Articleship under a Chartered Accountant or firm is highly preferred. -Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities. -Experience in managing audits and financial reporting. -Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Financial Modeling). -Exposure to the interior design, architecture, or construction industry (preferred but not mandatory). -Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. -Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks / other ERP systems.
