Tasks
-Completes and reviews various exhibits, presentation graphics and renderings -Project management on less complex site projects, including budgeting, scheduling, billing, determining staff needs, attending meetings and addressing client concerns and deliverables -Build, maintain and develop client relationships -Completes and reviews land planning and zoning research and calculations for associated plans and studies -Train, mentor and motivate staff -Completes technical support tasks for condemnation project work -Prepares and reviews land use and zoning analysis summary memos and site evaluation studies -Completes and reviews lot yield sketches and master plans -Completes and reviews entitlement drawing submission packages

What You Bring
-Demonstrates leadership traits in the Project Management career path -Advanced Experience with Adobe Suite and SketchUp -American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) Certification preferred, but not required -Associates degree and/or AICP Certification Preferred -7 years minimum experience required, 8 preferred, in land development -Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges -Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft and MS Office Suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook -Good written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills -Ability to sell work and develop client relationships -11 years minimum experience required, 12 preferred, in land development -Bachelor’s Degree (Planning, Environmental Studies, Architecture or Arts) or equivalent required -Ability to mentor, train, motivate and lead others -Good organizational skills, particularly with regard to project management -Advanced Proficiency with AutoCAD -Good research skills and strong technical design skills -Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment -This position is not eligible for sponsorship -Good analysis and problem solving skills, with an attention to detail
