Advise and support health, safety and wellbeing, conduct inspections and training for Heathrow sites.

Tasks

-Identify areas for improvement and best practice and ensuring these areas are recorded and reported to ensure they are collectively implemented across the whole business. -Identifying and reporting any challenges or opportunities to the Senior SHE Manager. -Advising on all aspects of the IMS Procedures and control standards, educating, coaching and supporting continual improvement of our high standards and compliance across the business. -Carrying out scheduled inspections and advisory visits and promote best practice in accordance with our risk based approach to service support. -Promoting our Think Safety Differently programme, advise on the Safe Systems at Work, Construction Phase Plans and deliver internal training on HSW systems and risk management.

What You Bring

-You hold a current full UK Driving Licence. -You have working knowledge of ISO 45001. -You are able to obtain UK Security Clearance and Enhanced BDS -You have a membership of a professional body (minimum Tech IOSH) -You have excellent IT and written / verbal communication skills, being able to communicate at all levels of the business including presentation and training. -You must hold an IOSH recognised level 5+ Health and Safety qualification - this is an essential qualification for this role
