Overview
Manage new equipment installation projects, ensuring schedule, budget, safety and client satisfaction.

Tasks
-Coordinate all contract activities from the project award stage to completion or project and provide a progress review of projects to ensure that contract documents are consistent with the required scope of the project -Accurately analyze situations and assist in developing contingencies for estimates -Proactively communicate with multiple client representatives including general contractors, owners, building managers, architects and designers, State and Local authorities, and regulatory agencies concerning project design, preparations, and scheduling of installation for the equipment -Ensure flawless execution of each project by completing on schedule, within budget, and meets all technical & safety standards, regulatory compliance requirements, and customer expectations -Accurately interpret construction contractual documents and contract modifications to determine cost of such change -Work closely with the internal sales staff, superintendents, and senior leadership to ensure a successful project from both the financial and customer perspectives

What You Bring
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for developing relationships with stakeholders -Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills -High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred -Team-oriented and adaptable in dynamic settings -Familiarity with cost estimating, scheduling, and contract administration -Self-motivated, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously -Candidate should be versed in contract writing & administration and will perform customary construction process duties that include managing billing, consultant and contractors’ payments, processing RFIs and optimizing change order opportunities, as well as maximizing project cash coverage -3+ years related project management and/or construction experience desired -Ability to read and review architectural and structural drawings -Proficient in Microsoft software within technical environments
