Tasks

-Perform model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks Manage, ensuring interdisciplinary coordination. -Ensure compliance with company and project BIM standards, processes, and data management requirements. -Support BIM Managers in developing workflows, templates, and quality control processes. -Work within Common Data Environments (CDE) such as BIM 360, Aconex, or ProjectWise for collaboration and version control. -Manage the setup, maintenance, and delivery of electrical models in line with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP). -Generate electrical layouts, schematics, single line diagrams, and schedules directly from BIM models. -Participate in design coordination and review meetings to ensure model accuracy and design intent. -Mentor and guide junior BIM designers and modelers within the electrical team. -Collaborate with discipline leads and stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet project and client expectations. -Lead the development and coordination of Electrical BIM models across all project stages (Concept, Schematic, Detailed Design, IFC).

What You Bring

-Working knowledge of BIM Level 2 / ISO 19650 workflows and documentation. -Strong understanding of building electrical systems (LV, MV, ELV, Power Distribution, Lighting, etc.). -10+ years of total professional experience, with at least 8 years in Middle East projects of large-scale and complex nature. -Proven experience in delivering projects from Schematic to IFC design stages. -Excellent collaboration and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams. -Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit (Electrical) and Navisworks Manage for modeling and coordination. -Hands-on experience with Common Data Environments (CDE) such as BIM 360, Aconex, or ProjectWise.
