Tasks

-Keeps up with their assigned line. -Ensures all packaging standards are being met. -Maintains packaging supplies. -Performs Quality checks as required. -Keeps equipment and work areas clean and clear. -Follows all safety procedures and protocols. -Stand and walk for long periods of time.

What You Bring

-Professional and Personable, ability to work individually as well as with a team. -Ability to do sub-processes (routing, notching, etc.) -Experience working in a manufacturing/distribution organization is preferred. -Repetitive Motion of the limbs -Can use all equipment necessary and safely for packaging and line start up (i.e.: Sawzall, knife, tape measure, etc.) -Able to be comfortable in an excessively noisy environment. -Be able to Bend, twist, squat, and reach. -Lift, Push or pull up to 50 Lbs. -Ability to assist and work as a team. -Ability to follow and understand all direction given by leadership. -Comfortable rolling up sleeves to learn new things. -Able to help operators when lines are down. -This job operates solely in a factory setting. This role requires standing for long periods of time, walking the plant floor is necessary which is within a non-climate-controlled environment. This will require always wearing Personal Protective Equipment such as safety glasses or ear protectors. -Able to pack the correct number of pieces in the bundle, perform counts. -May be expose to inclement weather excessive heat or excessive cold. -Ability to read and understand a Production order.
