Tasks

-Prepare reports, presentations, and basic financial data. -May involve moving or lifting items at or about 40 pounds. -Research and implement content recommendations for organic SEO success. -Conduct regular market surveys and track effectiveness of current strategies. Share insights and ideas with leadership and corporate partners. -Manage and coordinate managers calendar and client appointments. -Provide firsthand knowledge of the local area and our community. Make recommendations about activities, local businesses, and services to ensure residents and guests have positive experience that meets their needs. -Answer, screen, and direct phone calls. -Assist with prospecting relentlessly to build a pipeline. Assist with property tours by demonstrating the benefits of Domain properties. -Create a memorable and seamless move-in and move-out for our residents in collaboration with the property team. Prepare, track, and maintain all paper and electronic files including lease renewals and evictions in compliance with company, state, landlord / tenant law to include state and federal fair housing laws. Ensure resident profiles and ledgers are up to date in Yardi (our property management operating system). -Maintain supply inventory and order / schedule office supplies and services. -Ensure the property remains in impeccable condition. Conduct regular unit inspections and coordinate maintenance requests. Follow-up with residents to ensure our product and services have exceeded their satisfaction. -Handle special administrative projects and perform work related errands. -Maintain an organized filing system and office areas. -Coordinate activities, events, and meetings. -Compile and maintain internal and external contact lists. -Assist in planning, coordinating, and promoting resident social events. -Assist with creating social media posts. -Coordinate multiple resources, equipment, and information. -Open and route incoming mail; mail and ship office mail and packages.

What You Bring

-This position involves regular walking, standing, sitting for extended periods of time, hearing, and talking. -Computer proficiency including, but not limited to Microsoft Office. -Involves manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. -A minimum of 2 years of market rate rental leasing experience preferred. Previous sales experience also preferred. -Ability to work a flexible schedule based on the property as well as company needs. -Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality. -Ability to work independently and with a team. -Ability to plan and prioritize efficiently and motivate / lead team members. -Strong written and oral communication and problem-solving skills. -High school or GED required. -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete multiple tasks with simultaneous deadlines / interruptions. -Technically savvy, i.e., smart phones and computers. -Be proactive about solving problems, even if its outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiates and responsibilities as they emerge. -Yardi and/or Pay Scan experience preferred. -May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment, and viewing computer monitor for extended periods of time. -Knowledge of the city; knowledge of the local transportation options to include public and private transportation options.
