The Role

Overview

Develop and maintain BIM models, support coordination, and provide VDC assistance.

Tasks

Stay current with VDC technology trends and software updates (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD). Support clash detection efforts and help resolve coordination issues with trade partners. Provide VDC support during preconstruction, fabrication, and installation phases. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure models reflect design intent and field conditions. Generate and maintain drawings, shop drawings, and construction documents from models. Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models of mechanical, plumbing, and other building systems. Assist project teams with model setup, updates, and coordination tasks. What You Bring

Eagerness to learn, problem-solve, and grow within VDC and construction technology. Solid communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments. Bachelor’s or Associates degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; or equivalent work experience. Proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
