Tasks

We’re seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join a growing Charleston team. This individual will support the Project Manager and Superintendent in all phases of construction — from preconstruction through closeout. -Collaborate closely with field teams to resolve issues and maintain workflow. -Support subcontractor management, including RFI tracking, submittals, and change orders. -Assist the Project Manager with daily project coordination, scheduling, and documentation. -Contribute to project closeout, including punch list management and turnover documentation. -Participate in preconstruction meetings, subcontractor kick-offs, and client updates. -Help prepare and maintain project budgets, cost reports, and progress updates.

What You Bring

-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). -2–5 years of commercial construction experience (healthcare experience a plus). -Proficient in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, etc.).
