Tasks

-Pack shipments (some assembly may be required). -Coordinate deliveries with Supervisors and Delivery Driver. -Maintain an organized workspace. -Follow up with vendors on outstanding orders, invoices, or POs. -Manage internal communications via email and phone. -Assist in loading/unloading equipment and materials (must operate or be trained to operate a forklift). -Prepare materials for delivery and ensure paperwork is complete. -Ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards for sourced materials. -Support Branch Management with other tasks as required. -Manage end-to-end shipping and receiving operations: sourcing materials/suppliers, creating purchase orders, processing incoming materials. -Generate and manage purchase orders per company policies. -Order and maintain safety equipment and shop supplies. -Perform inventory control and cycle counting. -Support administrative continuity (e.g., payroll, rate changes, route assignment, on-call list updates, fleet changes). -Verify accuracy, completeness, and condition of incoming/outgoing shipments. -Provide packing slip documentation to PO receiver. -Work safely and comply with health and safety policies and legislation. -Track and confirm receipt of materials; communicate with internal teams. -Assemble new-hire safety bags with required PPE.

What You Bring

-Ability to manage competing priorities and time effectively. -High school diploma required; college or secondary education preferred. -Experience with Oracle, Salesforce, and WebHelp is an asset. -Preferred: 2 years of related warehouse experience. -Comfortable with digital tools, data entry, reporting platforms, mobile apps, and CRM systems. -Logistics, coordination, and warehouse experience required. -Strong organizational skills. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). -Effective communication and collaboration skills.
