Tasks

-Involve and support teams to solve Mfg.Issues. -Establishes effective procedures for getting work done, eliminates inefficiencies and roadblocks. -Mentor Team members to raise their standards and output -Develop Modular Mechanical systems for Power electronic products (kW – MW) -Reliability analysis of the Design -Interact with sheet metal suppliers and develop & Qualify the parts -Develop Racks and Enclosure for outdoor application -Provide technical support to the NPI and Mfg. team during the Product transfer from engineering

What You Bring

-Structural Knowledge and design for Vibration requirements -BSEE, MSEE or Ph.D -15-20 years of Industrial Experience in Large Industrial Rack based PE systems -Displays high energy level and sets high personal standards of performance -In-depth working knowledge on the sheet metal manufacturingProcess -Thermal Management knowledge (Heat sink, Fan selection) on Electronic products -Knowledge on sheet metal costing and hard tool design is preferable. -Should have good communication skill (Verbal/Written) -Should have knowledge on Engineering change notice and revision control process. -Knowledge on PLM/PDM is preferred. -Values the contributions of all team members, uses a team approach to solve problems when appropriate. -Should be an expert in using Solid works and AutoCAD
