Tasks

-Responsible for the collaborators’ professional growth, valorisation and motivation -Promote a safety, quality and environment -bound corporate culture -Supervise compliance with safety provisions -Collaborate with the Production Planning Office suggesting possible corrective actions -Collaborate with the Product Office in the permanent updating of technical specifications, signalling anomalies and suggesting alterations for an ongoing improvement -Manage the production personnel, including shift rotation -Promote the Corporate Principles and Values -Participate in the activities to develop new products checking their technical feasibility and, if necessary, managing technical tests and sampling -Participate in the assessment of auxiliary raw materials by organizing and following their industrial tests -Organize the personnel’s technical training, testing their acquisition level -Responsible for the achievement of envisaged aims, by operating in compliance with: Safety, environmental and product’s safety provisions; ISO 9001 Quality System; Group’s policies -Collaborate with the Maintenance in order to guarantee the correct functioning of productive lines -Contribute to the creation of new products -Ensure that the product is compliant with the assigned technical specifications -Promote the permanent improvement aimed at the optimisation of productive processes also through innovative solutions

-Proficient at using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook -Relevant experience within a packaging or paper manufacturing environment -Ability to prioritise and problem solve -Experience Liaising with internal and external stakeholders -Excellent communication skills -A proven track record in managing employees in a manufacturing environment -A relevant degree
