We are seeking a dedicated Plan Supervisor for an on-site, full-time position located in Coleman, OK. The Plan Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensuring processes are running smoothly and efficiently. They will manage teams, coordinate schedules, ensure safety compliance, and monitor production outputs to meet quality and quantity objectives. The role also involves working closely with management to implement improvements and drive operational excellence.

What You Bring

-High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in construction management or related field is a plus -At least 5 years of aggregates industry, or closely related industry experience. -Experience in team supervision, operations management, or related fields -Knowledge of construction materials, quarry operations, and/or industrial equipment -Mechanical Knowledge: Candidate should be mechanically inclined and able to read and interpret plant drawings, schematics, and technical documentation. -Operational Knowledge: Must demonstrate a strong understanding of rock mining operations, MSHA regulations, and quality control systems and processes. -Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills -Effective communication and leadership abilities -Proficiency in using technology, such as Microsoft Office tools and relevant software
