Tasks
collecting, recording, and analyzing survey data to ensure accurate measurements for engineering Assistant Surveyor to support land and construction surveying activities. This role assists in and construction projects. The Assistant Surveyor will work closely with surveyors, engineers, and construction teams to support project execution and compliance with design specifications. -Support in monitoring ground movement, settlement, and site deformations for stability assessments. -Assist in land, topographic, and construction site surveys using Total Stations, GPS, and other surveying instruments. -Operate and maintain surveying equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality. -Help prepare survey maps, reports, and technical drawings for engineering and construction teams. -Ensure adherence to safety standards, surveying regulations, and project specifications. -Use surveying software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, or Trimble/Leica systems) for data processing and visualization. -Support site layout and staking out, ensuring structures and infrastructure align with engineering plans. -Collaborate with surveyors, civil engineers, and project managers to provide accurate site data -Assist in marking control points and benchmarks for ongoing construction activities. -Perform general fieldwork duties, including setting up equipment, marking reference points, and maintaining documentation -Collect, record, and process survey measurements, elevations, and site conditions.

What You Bring
-Diploma or associate degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field. -Familiarity with surveying software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, or similar tools). -Basic proficiency in surveying instruments (Total Stations, GPS, Laser Levels, etc.). -Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with surveyors and engineers. -Attention to detail and ability to follow precise technical instructions -1+ years of experience in surveying, land measurement, or construction layout. -Strong mathematical and analytical skills for measuring and interpreting data. -Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions and navigate construction sites.
