Windows Warehouse Support

Overview

Assist daily warehouse ops: receiving, inventory, staging, safety for windows/doors.

Tasks

-Bundle all items needed for service so the service department can grab and go in the morning. -Receiving of materials/Check in of Materials. -Stage materials needed for service techs and installers. -Assist with Staging and locations of items to be found quickly and easily. -RMA – Processing the return items immediately, assist as needed. -Perform weekly housekeeping inspections. -Perform product inventory audits. -Perform product inventory counts. -Receiving/checking delivered items into warehouse. -Process packing slips in Acumatica as needed. -Logging item locations on white board. -Maintain the integrity of the whiteboards to ensure windows can be found quickly and in the right locations. -Assist Installers in obtaining parts. -Drive, Deliver and communicate with installers for materials need to complete installation, -Organize service jobs on schedule to ensure items are not missing. -Stock/Locate materials in proper bin and location.

What You Bring

-Experience in Acumatica, Excel, and Word -Must be flexible (hours) and willing to help cover vacation days in the department. -Forklift Experience is necessary. -Ability to run cycle count reports and perform cycle counts and inventory as required. -Valid Drivers License -One to two years of warehouse experience -Strong data handling and computer skills Excel, Word, PowerPoint -Must have the ability work independently, efficiently, and able work with and assist fellow team members in all departments. -Must be able to lift seventy-five pounds. -Ability to run cycle count reports. -Supplier relationship background with functional experience using any ERP System. -High school diploma or equivalent -Must be an initiative-taker/motivated Great work ethic and organizational skills. -Effective communication skills: both verbal and written. -Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
