Tasks

We are seeking a Senior Facilities Site Officer to join our dedicated team in Peterborough. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for overseeing and coordinating all facilities services across the school sites, ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and efficiently run environment. -Maintain the cleanliness of car parks and ensure rubbish bins are emptied -Act as the main point of contact for facilities requests on-site and via the help desk -Conduct water flushing procedures -Organise events and manage event set-ups -Perform emergency lighting and fire extinguisher checks -Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) -Supervise and coordinate the on-site facilities services team -Coordinate and actively participate in the delivery of both hard and soft services
