The Role

Overview

Provide Tier 1 IT support and customer service to internal users at Arbor Homes.

Tasks

-Be on the leading edge of ensuring our company meets all necessary security requirements, adherence to policies and procedures. -Greet our internal customers, respond quickly and attentively with focus on them as you work to remedy their request. -Work collaboratively with all members of IT, ensuring urgent issues are assigned and communicated for immediate attention. -Be diligent in creating tickets for walk ups to track volume and types of issues handled. -Provide an exceptional customer service experience in a positive manner -Security and Update Patching -Responsible to ensure meeting room technology is in working order and support as needed to ensure upcoming meetings are successful with technology needs -Troubleshoot, repair, or replace equipment such as computers, monitors, printers, peripherals, smart phones, tablets, headphones, conference room tablets, smart televisions, network devices, etc. -Brings ideas to add efficiencies and process improvements to role. -Ask open ended, qualifying questions to identify and resolve internal customer’s needs as an entry level, Tier 1 technician -Distributes new and replacement equipment for onboarding and tech refresh for employees

What You Bring

-Able to gather information, triage, obtain screenshots, ask questions, and create tickets -Predictive Index Training -Familiarity with the following technology: -Multi-Factor Authentication -Laptops, Dock Units, Monitors, and cabling -Shadowing and training experiences with knowledgeable professionals -Laptop Imaging -Ability to communicate well and in a professional manner through in-person conversation, phone calls, email, and chat or instant messaging, as well as the support ticketing system -Remote Work is not available – must be located in Indianapolis, IN* -Wi-Fi, Bluetooth -Mobile Phone device set up (iPhone) -Remote Control support software -2 years of Collegiate course work (Sophomore/Junior/Senior Grade Level) -Microsoft Intune -Desktop / Laptop Hardware troubleshooting -Be a clear and positive communicator at all times -High School Diploma -Microsoft 365 -Cisco Meraki
