What you would be doing

contract plan review
- Compile and issue purchase orders
- Analyse, negotiate and revise inclusions with trade and contractor pricing
- Complete small take offs and collate tender pricing
- Ensure the efficient and accurate production of building estimates
- Perform estimating associated administrative duties
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Complete quantity take-offs for building materials & labour
- Check contract plans for accuracy prior to release for construction

- Proficiency with Databuild and PlanSwift
- Experience working on Medium-Density projects (Townhouses) Demonstrated experience as an estimator within residential construction (volume experience suitable)
- Ability to prioritise work, manage timeframes and hit deadlines

- Sound knowledge of the construction process and industry standards
