As a Fire Alarm Service Engineer, you'll play a key role in maintaining and servicing life safety systems. This is a local role, meaning you'll work within Coventry and the surrounding area, providing outstanding service to our customers.

For more than 40 years Fixfire have been designing, installing and maintaining Fire Safety Systems and Equipment for peace of mind.

  • Working to British Standards and ensuring our customers receive the excellent service that they deserve.
  • Servicing and maintenance of addressable and conventional fire detection, nurse call, emergency lighting, and associated life safety systems.
  • Support out of hours commitments with the on-call rota.

  • Have excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to provide resolute support to the Service Delivery Team and Fixfire® customers.
  • Experience with Door Access Control, Intruder Alarms & CCTV systems would be advantageous but not a necessity.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Preventive and reactive maintenance visits to customer's premises in Coventry and the surrounding area.
  • Previous experience maintaining life & property protection systems.
  • Have great customer facing awareness.
