Tasks

Reporting to a Senior Development Manager, and working closely with a Project Director and General Manager, this role will see you managing two key projects — one focused on residential land and another incorporating built form residential and land lease communities. -Manage project programming, budgeting, and cost control -Oversee consultants, design briefs, and ensure quality, timely outcomes -Work hand-in-hand with sales and marketing to shape the product vision and customer experience -Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including authorities and contractors
