-Assist with processing biweekly payroll -Assist with resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee payroll queries -Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll -Maintain employee records in the payroll system through accurate data entry, including position, salary, benefits, and tax withholding changes -Assist with state withholding and unemployment registrations -Maintain payroll records and files -Assist with year-end payroll processing

-Proficient in Microsoft Office -Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. -Strong mathematical and analytical skills -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Multi-state and multi-company experience is a plus -Minimum of three years of payroll or payroll tax experience -Detail-oriented mindset
