Tasks

-Work closely with project teams to streamline processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement -Continuously monitor project performance, preparing detailed reports to communicate updates and concerns to stakeholders -Lead the development and implementation of project controls strategies and methodologies -Provide training and mentorship to junior project control staff, ensuring best practices are followed -Prepare and present findings and recommendations to senior management -Assess project risks and implement proactive measures to mitigate identified threats -Establish project baselines and ensure adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget

What You Bring

-Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field -Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing project teams -Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices -Proficient in project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar software -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders -Minimum of 15 years of experience in project controls or project management in the engineering and construction industry
