Tasks
-Monitor and report to the General Manager on facility operations through both direct employees and third-party service providers -Support work order management for in-house staff and vendors, ensuring timely resolution of maintenance requests -Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for occupants/tenants and visitors, providing exceptional customer service -Provide direction and information to vendors, facilities staff, and service providers to ensure excellent coordination and execution of work -Assist with budgetary requests, analysis, and reporting for both facility operations and property management -Provide general overall facility management services, including continuous monitoring of the property and addressing immediate operational issues -Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance issues before they escalate

What You Bring
-Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facility management, property management, or related field -Experience in a corporate environment or as a third-party service provider -Strong knowledge of building operations, systems, and maintenance practices -Excellent customer service orientation with proven ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders -Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management, Property Management, or related field required -Background working in Class A commercial properties -Experience with integrated facility and property management operations -Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability with excellent verbal/written communication skills -Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) -Industry certifications such as FMA, RPA, or SMA preferred -LEED Green Associate or LEED AP certification desirable -Experience with property management and maintenance management software -Detail oriented with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities -Basic understanding of financial principles and budget management
