-Identify opportunities for value engineering, process improvement, and operational efficiency -Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards -Monitor project financials, scheduling, risk management, and contract compliance -Lead full project lifecycle management across complex data center builds -Oversee project teams including Senior Project Managers, Superintendents, and support staff -Provide strategic oversight and direction throughout preconstruction, procurement, and execution phases -Mentor and develop internal talent; promote a collaborative and accountable team environment -Act as the primary point of contact for client relationships, design partners, and key stakeholders

A leading general contractor with a strong reputation in the data center and mission-critical sector is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Executive to join their national team. This individual will play a pivotal leadership role on large-scale construction projects, overseeing performance, profitability, and team success across multiple sites. -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) -Strong financial and contractual acumen, coupled with excellent communication and leadership skills -Strong background in project management, with recent leadership of complex, high-value builds -Minimum of 15 years’ experience in commercial construction, ideally with a focus on mission-critical or data center projects -Proven ability to manage large teams and work collaboratively across disciplines -Willingness to travel nationally to project sites as needed
