Tasks

-Document quality control detail in Procore. -Prepare a two-week look-ahead schedule for subcontractor / ownership meetings. -Be a resource to guide, motivate, and assist subcontractors to achieve maximum production on site. -Prepare agenda for weekly subcontractor meetings. -Review all design documents and become proficient in all trade disciplines and requirements to execute the project to a high quality standard -Monitor site safety daily. Conduct weekly toolbox safety talks and ensure documentation compliance. -Coordinate underground utilities with site contractor and utility company representatives. -Assist project management team in management of the submittals and shop drawing tracking and review process. Know which documentation is critical with respect to long lead procurement and task dependency and ensure field team is getting what they need to hold schedule -Inspect the work performed by the subcontractors to ensure and walk town inspectors through the work areas. -Manage and facilitate the delivery and staging of building materials for the site. -Track and implement a construction schedule that has been prepared in concert with the Project Manager. -Coordinate construction activities with other site supers. -Prepare Daily Field Reports and take construction project photos and upload to Procore. -Generate RFI’s based on field conditions and requests, present these RFI’s to Project Engineer/ Project Manager for processing and assist in management of information necessary to hold schedule on site. -Manage the daily activities of field laborers / punch list laborers. -Coordinate and schedule Building Department trade inspections, build positive relationships and reputation with local inspectors.

What You Bring

-Working knowledge of systems such as Procore and Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite -High School or GED education -Must have experience in Multi-Family or Industrial/Warehouse experience -5+ years of experience working as a Construction Superintendent or related position. -Must have a minimum of 30 hours of OSHA training. -Must have a Procore supervisors certification. -Proactive self-starter and a team-player, with sense of urgency. -Must be proficient with the drawings and the details associated with the project at hand. -Must be available to work weekends. -Must exhibit a professional demeanor
