Tasks

-Provides transport cost and man-hours estimation and reports, monitors budget vs. project execution -Defines and assigns to Forwarding Agents any shipments out of Service Orders -Implements methods and means of Transportation in agreement with Project Procurement Manager -Prepares and issues specifications, Invitation to Bid, Negotiation documents, and Service Orders -Plans and revises shipping schedule -Executes and follows up complex Shipping operation/coordination -Contacts suppliers and coordinates pick-up operations, based on the loading/shipping plan for each shipment -Issues or coordinates the issue of import-export documentation, together with the Administration Department when necessary -Issues and updates the Shipping Notice to the various parties involved and sends a separate set of shipping documents to the field
