Tasks

-Operate machinery, hand tools, and pneumatic tools involved in highly repetitive and routine functions such as riveting, drilling, gluing, and assembling. -Recognize and involve employees in problem-solving and decision-making, encouraging an inclusive and collaborative culture. -Observe all prescribed safety rules and regulations, maintaining a neat and orderly work area. -Complete and coordinate employee cross-training to achieve efficient team functionality and ensure a world-class production environment. -Support the production process by filling in positions on the line as needed to maintain workflow during absences. -Work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment and participate in teams to improve processes and drive continuous improvement. -Install hardware, perform quality inspection/checks, and package finished goods for shipping, maintaining a flawless standard. -Apply forklift equipment to pull materials and ensure timely movement within the production area. -Act as a change agent, driving out waste through the deployment of Lean methodology.

What You Bring

-High school diploma or equivalent experience, preferred. -Excellent communication skills with the proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. -Experience in a manufacturing setting, preferred. -Proficiency with Windows Word, Excel, Outlook, JD Edwards, and the Internet. -Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. -Innovative & adaptable -Respectful and team oriented -Forklift experience, preferred.
