Tasks
-Collaborate cross-functionally to assess risks, negotiate terms, and drive execution of deals that enhance competitive positioning and long-term value -Identify, evaluate, and lead strategic growth initiatives including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures (JV) by conducting market analysis, building financial models, and developing business cases that align with Aecon Utilities and company objectives -Establish and maintain effective contact with clients, including post award contact. Identify new work leads and manage lead follow-up -Ensure you and your family receive the services needed to support your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. -Accountable for leading strategic business development activities, formulating solutions to address customer challenges while also pursuing new lines of business and opportunities with new and existing clients -Influence, motivate and inform employees about the organizational strategy and progress -Develop and implement a strategy to grow and enhance ATSI’s footprint and Telecom Fulfillment capabilities in the U.S. market -Negotiate with, or assist in negotiations with clients -Assist in the establishment and ensure compliance of operational short-term and long-term goals with overall organizational objectives -Participate in the development of long-term strategy for Aecon Utilities in the U.S. market -Accountable for the development and execution of the annual business plan for ATSI U.S.

What You Bring
-Experience in successfully building and scaling a Telecom Fulfillment operation -Strong understanding of the drivers in the industry in the U.S. (i.e. business trends, regulatory, economic, and political) -Strong connections, relationships and professional presence in the industry with clients -Highly developed communication skills, both written and oral with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, public officials, team, peers and the general public -Ability to travel extensively across the U.S. -Commercial knowledge, solid understanding of the risks in contract terms -Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a strategic mindset and problem-solving ability. -Proven leadership, business development and operational experience in the Telecommunications industry in the U.S. -Experience in assessing and negotiating contracts -Experience in all areas of Telecom Fulfillment (Installation, Networking and Multi-Dwelling Units) is essential
