Tasks

-Review customer satisfaction surveys, analyze and identify trends, and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction scores -Communicate with employees and subcontractors a consistent level of expectations and direction regarding schedules, construction methods, company policies and procedures, safety standards, quality control and other performance standards -Promote construction team relationships and partnerships with subcontractors , verifying communication and accountability -Monitor relevant changes in the marketplace and react quickly to take advantage of opportunities -Ensure all employees represent D.R. Horton, Inc. and the division professionally to the public and local government offices -Review and approve project budgets, contracts, change orders, and payment applications -Develop and maintain construction schedules, resource allocation plans, and progress reports -Recognize talent, recruit, retain and motivate a team across all functions required to run a successful division -Drive process to ensure the most costeffective product. Provide recommendations to reduce costs and increase efficiency -Communicate consistently with all departments to achieve division goals -Oversee field operations, productions times, and ensure quality control so the homes built meet the DR Horton quality standards and are ready for homeowner orientation and occupancy -Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company -Oversee safety training to promote safe and efficient construction processes -Supervises 2 or more employees -Evaluate scopes and performance of all subcontractors and vendors -Promote an atmosphere of accountability that focuses on quality and customer satisfaction -Responsible for the implementation of all construction field policies and procedures
