-Prepare conceptual estimates -Promote revenue growth by driving sales with new and existing clientele -Push the evolution of the construction documents as necessary -Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and material pricing -Propose value engineering options to reduce project cost -Review project plans, requirements, and specifications -Submit requisitions for the purchase of materials -Meet and maintain bidding and work schedules -Determine costs of labor, material, and equipment
