Manage the sales process from identification of an opportunity through to contract signature.
Develop and manage a sales pipeline, including the identification, qualification and pursuit of leads, and tracking their progress through the sales process.
Work closely with the recruitment team, flowing down client requirements for them to identify the appropriate candidates for tender responses.

Demonstrable experience of understanding stakeholder engagement, client management, possessing a drive to succeed and grow.
Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) and negotiation would be highly valued.
