Technical Office Engineer

Tasks

-Provide technical support to site engineers and project teams during project execution. -Follow up on procurement schedules and ensure materials align with project requirements. -Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and assist in pricing and cost breakdown. -Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings for construction projects. -Ensure timely submission and approval of technical documentation. -Prepare accurate cost estimates for tenders, proposals, and ongoing projects. -Conduct quantity take-offs and assist in preparing BOQs and material submittals. -Support the Technical Office Manager in handling RFI responses, design revisions, and variation orders. -Review project designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. -Coordinate with consultants, architects, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.

What You Bring

-Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. -Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), MS Office, and project coordination tools. -Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. -Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. -Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project documentation. -5–10 years of relevant experience in the UAE in a technical office or engineering role.
