Enforcement Officer/Pound Cashier (DVLA)

Tasks

-Complete all enforcement documentation (CLE2/6 condition reports, evidence photography) -Operate an ANPR vehicle to identify untaxed vehicles -Work flexibly across different locations and occasionally take on other duties as required -Attend daily briefings and ensure all enforcement equipment is in working order -Respond to general enquiries in person and over the phone -Maintain accurate records and ensure all admin procedures are followed -Liaise with DVLA, Police, VOSA, and other agencies -Clamp, remove or impound vehicles in line with procedures -Handle payments and advise the public on payment methods -Deliver excellent customer service to the public and internal team
