The Role
Overview
Creates and optimizes weekly production schedules to maximize efficiency.

Tasks
-Maintain production-related master data in SAP. -Coordinate rework of SLOBS with Technical and Production teams. -Support new product introductions and coordinate trial batches with R&D. -Maintain scheduling system data and SAP accuracy. -Report on adherence to plan, service levels, and production performance. -Manage batch-card issuance and raw material staging. -Monitor order fulfilment and anticipate disruptions, providing practical solutions. -Prepare and optimise weekly production schedules for Manufacturing and Filling. -Ensure filling lines are fully loaded during peak times and optimise product mix. -Communicate daily with the Production Planner and site teams to ensure schedules are delivered on time and in full. -Liaise with Planning (Barcelona) to improve efficiency and service performance. -Ensure compliance with HSE and PSRA standards. -Participate in daily MDI and weekly handshake meetings. -Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ALPS projects. -Monitor and report production targets vs actuals, analysing gaps.

What You Bring
-Excellent IT, numeracy, time management, and communication skills. -Knowledge of paint manufacturing processes and supply management. -Teamworking and problem-solving abilities. -SAP experience. -Experience in a production or planning environment. -Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Mathematics. -GCSE (or equivalent) education. -Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement. -Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. -Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and inventory management.
