Project Executive

Overview

Lead civil construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring budget, schedule and quality.

Tasks

-Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project flow. -Ensure compliance with all legal and environmental regulations relevant to civil construction. -Support cost control and risk management efforts throughout the project lifecycle. -Manage procurement of materials and services, ensuring timely availability and cost efficiency. -Oversee site activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. -Monitor project progress and performance to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. -Support post-project evaluations and documentation to identify lessons learned and improve future projects. -Prepare and maintain project documentation including contracts, reports, progress updates, and budgets. -Assist in resolving on-site issues and conflicts proactively. -Assist in planning, scheduling, and execution of civil construction projects. -Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address issues and provide updates.

What You Bring

-Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements in civil construction. -Familiarity with contract management. -Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future*** -Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. -Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. -Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations. -PE license preferred -Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. -Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. -Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. -Experience with budgeting and cost control. -Excellent communication and negotiation skills -20+ years of senior experience in civil construction project coordination or management. -NO STAFFING AGENCY CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION***
