Tasks

Taking initiative in working with specific Human Resources projects which may be assigned. Ensuring all HR systems are kept up to date. Supporting with all HR administrator and HR Generalists functions. Supporting with the company inductions for new starters. Providing accurate and timely reports to the Human Resources department, for areas including but not limited to absence, labour turnover, and annual leave. Liaising with the wider HR and Payroll team including Recruitment and Payroll. Producing contracts and change details for employees and new starters. Creating and maintaining Employee files. Proactively striving to build excellent relationships with managers. Proactively contributing to departmental meetings. Upholding diligence to GDPR requirements and uncompromising respect to confidentiality. The role contributes to the success of Liebherr Great Britain Ltd and Liebherr Construction Ireland Ltd Human Resources function by ensuring that all HR processes are followed with accurate records. Working within the Company’s key result areas; Business Performance, Customer Focus, People and Teamwork, Leadership.

Excellent administrative skills include strong communication (verbal, written, and listening), organisation, and time management. Ability to work effectively in a pressurised environment Good effective communicator at all levels Confident with Systems Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Able to support departmental line managers in the interviewing process and documentation where required. Ability to work on own initiative
